About Maso Poli
Owned by the Togn family, Maso Poli consists of 15 hectares of land, ten of which are vineyards, and an 18th century maso, or historic, rural farm residence characteristic of the region. The vineyards are ideally positioned for altitude, soil, sun exposure and protection against cold winds. Field work is focused exclusively on a few native varieties and performed according to strict parameters in order to achieve the best possible quality. In the cellars, all phases of winemaking express a happy marriage between traditional techniques and modern methods. Grapes from single vineyards are vinified separately in order to preserve the unique characteristics of each plot.
