Description
Heavily peated single malt whiskey made with a mix of concerto and laureate malted barley (at 77PPM). Fermented with pinnacle MG+ and safespirit M-1 yeast. Aged in first-fill bourbon and re-fill whisky barrels. At 46% (25 PPM residual) with no-fill filtration or coloring.
